I definitely did a double take when I saw this headline. He retired for a couple years, but came back to the Phillies last year. He converted to a full time reliever this year and is posting impressive numbers in AAA.

Great baseball story I love moments like this!

He was technically a double draft bust as he was drafted by Pirates in 2012, as the number 8 pick, but did not sign.  Good for him to finally make his debut, but it goes to show that no matter how touted a guy is coming into a draft, he just may not work out.  When he went to Astros everyone thought he would help carry the team for years.  Turns out they did not need him.
