Should the Twins trade for Montas?

He just went to a big question make for a trade.  1 month short of deadline and he left game with shoulder issue, and his velo is down over 2 MPH on his pitches.  He is getting MRI to see how long he may be shelved.  The asking price just bottomed out most likely and A's may not get much in return for him now.
