Instant Pot Recipes

We gave away our slow cooker a couple years ago, so the Instant Pot made sense as a replacement, since it can do that and other stuff.

 

Anyone use one? Anyone got recipes they like a lot?

 

So far, I have not read the instructions (bad Mike), but my wife has made beef stew and yogurt. Both were good and easy.
