Twodogs Verified Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Kepler has done ok against leftys so far this year.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Der Kommissar. From my Radio days... I recall that Kommissar means Public Official in German. I'm feeling a little strange cheering for a public official.
Blake Verified Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Okay, I think I just spotted something the powers-that-be should have thought of: I think it was pretty much a given that Hughes would have short start today, which means the Twins will use up a good chunk of the bullpen before they head to New York. A bullpen I can see the Twins needing against New York. And with all the games to be played over the next two or three weeks, this seems like setting yourself up to over-stress the bullpen.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Thank god the bullpen still stinks. I wouldn’t be able to handle a good one.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Kepler has done ok against leftys so far this year.I was hoping for the same from Rogers.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Another horrendous throw from the outfield.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 LOL... What Rosario just did can't be justified at the Major League Level.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 On average, that throw from Rosario was dead on the money to both home and third.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Is this the fourth straight game with an awful throw by a Twins outfielder? And why are these no-name batters teeing off Rogers?
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 I see the Rosario Circus is in town today...
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Rosario with an absolute laser throwout, if home plate were in Orlando.
Platoon Verified Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Actually the spin morphed to "you don't have to throw 95 if you hit your spots.">>>>>>>>> and have a big fat contract! FTFY

Yeah... that's why I would have thrown Odorizzi if it's my call. It wasn't my call. I called but the person on the other end of the phone said it wasn't my call.

LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 I see the Rosario Circus is in town today... The tiny team bus in the visiting team parking area was the early giveaway.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Powers-that-be: "And?" Lucile Ball?
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 WTF Rosariobe honest...you had this copied and saved from previous game threads, amiright?
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Remember when we thought this bullpen was good a few weeks ago? Me too.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 See... Now we are all wishing that Phil Hughes was still pitching.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 This series has been brutal to watch.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Even worse than losing to a bad team is losing to a bad team with no fans.
