103 losses is ugly, but individually at least a couple Twins moved up the list in 2016

This list gets depressing real fast. So much for rich history. I guess with fans wanting to trade every player once they get good, that it won't get any better as strangers like Pavano can make the top 100 with a couple mediocre years as he passes through.
