By getting more starts in AAA. A few starts in the majors isn't a bad thing, but he's not ready to run away with a starting role. I suppose he's got much more upside than Milone, so he might as well start instead.

Yeah, I'd start him over Milone, he's out of options after this year, best to figure out if he can cut it this year, this team isn't going to compete now. I don't want to be screwing around with these decisions next year. Let's have as many questions squared away as possible and try to make a run next year. Let's see what we have now in these young guys, let's get a usable read on them.
