The Star Tribune just reported Carlos lost 5 pounds during his 18 months of inactivity.

The Twins are doing a nice thing here and have little to lose.  Carlos Quentin had to walk away because of chronic knee injuries/pain.  He wanted to give it another go and the Twins obliged.   IMO, the Twins did a very nice thing.
