strumdatjaguar Verified Member Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Last year, the Twins were kind enough to eliminate the annoying and tedious Mayo Clinic Dance-Off. If the can get rid of May-O, then this year "Day-O" should be banished from Target Field. Let's Get Rid o Day-O. I know it's done throughout MLB, but Minnesota can be the trendsetter - - Maybe Replace it with The Suburbs "Music for Boys" riff (Live version) - with - Oh-Oh Oh-Oh
DaveW Old-Timey Member Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I'm guessing the mayo clinic dance off was more or less due to a sponsorship not be renewed/re sold. If The Twins really wanted to enhance the Target Field experience they would drop beer prices $1 for every 5 games the Twins are under .500.

That could lead to disaster. Those who do not learn from their mistakes are doomed to repeat them:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ten_Cent_Beer_Night
70charger Verified Member Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I'm so on board with this. Why is it appropriate to chant along to a song that culminates in "I want to go home"? Shouldn't we want to be at the ballpark?

Cap it at $5 off a beer, bringing it down to the low low low price of......$5 a beer!I remember a bar in Seattle did a Chone Figgins special, whatever Figgins batting average was, that is how much a pint of bud light (or whatever was on tap) was.
