Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 5, 2014 Author Posted July 5, 2014 Who wouldn't want a bunch of 2" reducers all over their house? Um ... er ... never mind.
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Nice to see Gardenhire batting his "Gardy's pet" in Chris Parmalee in the 3 hole again and playing first base. Must be nice being the teachers pet. You get to bat third even if it is undeserved. Until we are rid of "Gardenhire" this franchise is doomed. Gardy always has teachers pet's guy's that he thinks are way better than they are, but the statistics prove otherwise. This will be long slog before Gardenhire finally resigns maybe two years from now in the final year of his deal. Why would he resign the money is too good, there is no pressure to win here and he get's to keep all of his buddy's on his coaching staff even as he empty's out the stadium in August and September. How low do they go before they even make him make a token firing? Who on this team is deserving of batting third?
snepp Verified Member Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 The last time I walked away from the TV Hammer hit a homer. I'll be back in a few minutes.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 5, 2014 Author Posted July 5, 2014 That didn't work out so well either. sigh.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 It wasn't glaringly obvious on the replay. Took Dick'n'Bert 3 re-plays to notice. Dozier has to speak up there.Actually, I thought it was obvious on the first replay. in all seriousness, this is exactly the kind of thing that angers me sometimes about the Twins. What type of replay system do they have set up in-house to advise their bench when to stall so the video guy can take a look? My gut tells me they wait until the manager trots out on the field before someone looks at video, and my gut also tells me some other teams are doing it just the opposite.
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Suzuki may make the All Star team, but why, oh why, can he never throw a runner out? Tell me. Tell me right now.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Don't piddle around now. Just get this game over with this 1/2 inning.

But in this case, there naturally wasn't much time (no new batter, etc.) and Dozier made no protest. Hard to blame the manager/video guy when the player who made the play doesn't say boo.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 I really want to hear Mr. Chief's "Winnah!" more than once a week. So let it be today, please.

It just seems to me the Twins aren't often on the leading edge of game changing trends. Replay is here, use it to your advantage.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 That Jack Links commercial on the airplane is the worst yet, of a really bad lot.
