Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Anyone going? I'm looking into tickets but I'm not seeing the Futures Game anywhere. Is the Futures Game bundled into ASG tickets or are they sold separately? I have no interest in seeing the ASG but the Futures Game would be awesome. http://www.ticketkingonline.com/ResultsGeneral.aspx?stype=0&kwds=MLB%20All%20Star
Kirby_waved_at_me Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 I think it's listed as MLB All-Star Sunday. It's one ticket for the Futures game plus watching Jon Hamm play softball with Jack Morris. [h=4]"Taco Bell All-Star Sunday[/h]Major League Baseball brings Taco Bell All-Star Sunday to Minneapolis on July 13 at Target Field. The doubleheader includes the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game and the Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game"
Kirby_waved_at_me Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 BTW, the tickets for this are still pretty reasonably priced! Especially compared to the All-Star Game tix.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted June 13, 2014 Author Posted June 13, 2014 Yep, just bought a pair a few rows from where Bonnes has his season tickets. I'm in a prime position to throw **** at him all game long.
James Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 I'm going to be there. I'm going to have access to my group's season tickets and some SRO. I'll probably be in the season seats that day. Lucky for me, with the prices for ASG tickets, I can probably sell my season tickets for that game and pay for every other event.
DaveW Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 I will be sitting in a suite, looking down at all your plebs. muahhahahaha
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted June 13, 2014 Author Posted June 13, 2014 I will be sitting in a suite, looking down at all your plebs. muahhahahaha I could have either spent more or used contacts to finagle something but I sat in John's seats a few weeks back and really liked them. Also, I'm cheap.
righty8383 Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 I'll probably try the stubhub route as the game nears.

DaveW Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 I'll probably try the stubhub route as the game nears. I scored some last year on stub hub (Citi Field) the day before and they were like $10 each, I can't imagine they would be much more than that at Target Field, your average fan could care less about the futures game and the DREADFUL softball game crap.

Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted June 13, 2014 Author Posted June 13, 2014 I went with Ticket King. Hey, they sponsor the site. Give the guys over there some love.
Kirby_waved_at_me Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 I think you can also buy the MLB All Star Sunday package (Futures Game plus softball) direct from MLB.com - they haven't sold out yet. May or may not be cheaper at this point, depending on where you planned on sitting.
James Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Oh god, I would never pay for them, they are thousands each for the full strip.I'm in section 116 and they are not thousands per strip. Maybe there is a discount involved for a season ticket holder though.

Kirby_waved_at_me Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 right on - I'm guessing the good seats sold quickly and most of those then were added to the re-sale sites

Our tix are in a luxury box and the legends club. They are like $2k each on stub hub right now. Unfortunately they give you the tickets at the gate, otherwise It would be a bit appealing to make a couple quick thousand by selling the all star game ticket and just keeping the home run derby and futures game one.

Any section worth sitting in was missing from the options. That is because all the good ones were sold in strips (all three days) I guarantee you there will be good seats avail the weeks leading up on stub hub for that game. (Always check once it gets within 12 hours as the prices always drop)
