Heh ... and now you had me checking out his Twitter page and all I can think of is that oh so cute Frenchie puppy he has and baseball went by the wayside!

Van ... too bad you didn't choose Enlow in the 2018 AAP ... just checked out his Twitter account ... looks like he has a new puppy, too ... you could have bonded with him and then maybe have gotten an interview or some quotes! But omg, he has a Frenchie puppy!!!! Omg ... all puppies are just adorable!

Well done, Van! First in, first up today! And yeah ... heh ... 185??? When was that from?

Plenty to go, plenty to go! Get on it! I know there are lots of you who follow prospects, here's your chance to have your hand in it all ... Adopt-a-Prospect selection is underway!

For those who have chosen thus far ... go to it! Your adoptions have been approved and you are now official prospect parents!!

Glad to hear it.

I really shouldn’t laugh at this but this made me laugh. LOL

Put one of your shirts in with him at night. I have dog friends and I know that is something they say to do. Is the crate in your bedroom? Not sure if having the crate closer to you or not is helpful or recommended.

2018 AAP is getting underway. Check out the official first round post here! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Beginning Monday, Mar. 5, 9am CT you can begin claiming your prospects. This round includes the Twins Daily top 20 ranked prospects, plus 20 more. The '20 more' are just listed and are not an official ranking, so please don't go down the road of 'Why is so-and-so listed at 32?' We just wanted to offer 40 in this first round, so beyond the TD top 20, it's just ... a best guesstimate and means nothing official. To claim your prospect, just begin posting in this thread (not until Monday 9am) with the name of the prospect you want. To be fair to everyone, please don't make your claims early or your post will be deleted (based on the site's time stamp). And, also to be fair to everyone, you can only claim one prospect a day in this round of claiming, so choose wisely. I will put your name behind the prospect name on the list when your claim is official. (I may not get to that part until later each day, so don't fret it if you don't see your claim marked as official right away.) Starting the following Monday, I will post an alphabetical list of anyone not selected in this round and the remaining 100 or so. At that time you can begin claiming any and all you want, no more of this 'one per day' stuff. If you don't see the one you want in this round, please hold tight, they will be listed in the following week. After the 2018 draft, we will post a new list for claims. The list of prospects will remain up for the duration of the season so you can always add prospects at any time you want throughout the summer. Once your claim is marked official, begin! If you want ideas of how to get started and what to include, check out some of our past years prospect pages, but basically, include anything you want - their bio and their road to the Twins, their stats, your personal scouting reports, current and past teams, official scouting reports, where you hope/think they will land in their careers, promotions, demotions, injuries, link any media mentions (including TD mentions) - whatever you want - and keep it updated. It's yours to manage however you see fit. The purpose of these pages is to introduce our prospects to everyone. Over the years I've found these pages extremely useful. When players are mentioned in the daily Minor League reports, or other media, I come to these pages to read more specifics. One idea to keep in mind ... promote, promote, promote! If you see your prospect get a mention in the Minor League forum, feel free to comment on that and post a link to your prospect page here; and vice versa ... link your prospect to mentions in the MiL forum. Cross-link for greater traffic between forums! To start your page, click on the black rectangle "Start New Topic" in this forum, title it with your prospect's name followed by AAP 2018, (i.e. Royce Lewis AAP 2018), add any tags you want, then fill out the body of your post. Click 'Post New Topic' when you are done. When you want to add updates, just add a new post. Others may post questions or pictures to your prospect pages, or make their own comments, and you may do the same with others. If you have any other technical questions (how to create links, add photos, etc) please send me a PM. If you have any general AAP questions, contact either me or goulik. And ... here's the first 40 ... you have a day and some to look over the list and get ready for Monday morning at 9am! 1. Royce Lewis - adopted by markos 2. And isn’t the day’s schedule typically practice/drills in the morning, games in the afternoon? When’s the best time to see what activities?

She made it very clear she was seeking neither. She was just telling her story.

Maybe that's just his style right now being new to covering the Twins? Wanting to ... 'make nice' ... with the fans and players as he eases himself into it? Dunno.

Oh, and here's another one ... resign, re-sign

No, just photos from my phone.

Yes. Good.

Hmm, who’s out ... Vargas? Guess they have time to make that decision since there’s an open roster spot.

Love me some Esco! <3 <3 <3

Well, okay, I guess that’s one way for a bad pitch to end the inning.

Yeah, but ... I mean ... um, Pressley...

And we’re off!
