Okay, here we go! If any Twin hits a homerun this inning, I will buy everyone a Blizzard. But you have to come to Chicago to collect.

    My Dad did the same

My sister is a doctor and she had a 6 month contract somewhere in the middle. Lol. They did go to Roswell and she bought me a refrig magnet 🙂

Wouldn’t surprise me. I mean, they put weird bright green stuff on hot dogs

As I said, I’d have to look at it again … watching on a tiny screen tonight … any player can make a bad throw. Will have to watch throughout the game to see if anything is going on. Hope not.

You are in NM? I have a good friend who lives in Albuquerque

NO! Heath Bar Blizzrd please! 😋

I’d have to look at it again, but I’m not worried about one bad throw. I’d worry if there were a few of those in one game, though

I know many don’t think much of Machado but I really wanted the Twins to sign him back then. Lol … as if … but I’m a dreamer

Yeah, someone mentioned somewhere the potential for a ptsd reaction (maybe rwilfong?). And yeah, I don't think I'd make it back into the batter's box this soon.

Game threads were never meant to be a dumping ground and that's what they are becoming. Many posts have become borderline disrespectful while some clearly over the line. We know that the product will drive many of the comments but a modicum of respect is expected. We aren't telling anyone they can't be critical. Being critical is far, far different from being overly negative. We understand the anger and frustration but when that takes over it makes for a very unpleasant experience for the many for the sake of a few. Game threads were meant to be fun, despite the play on the field. Brock said it best ... these threads were supposed to be a refuge, and above and away from the din the rest of the internet provides.

Pretty much this. I also think he was partly part-time insurance for Polanco and Kirilloff, too. Now that both of them are up, I think it's just a matter of the next space needed.

They might, if they have a need for either. I'm suggesting a rebuilding team probably doesn't have room. Trading is about finding another willing team who has a need. To just say ... trade him to Oakland or KC ... that makes zero sense and not really how it works. But this discussion, for now, is moot. Farmer is up, Miranda has been optioned. We will make the next move when we need to.
