  1. Minnesota Twins: This is How We Sign your Untendered Scraps
  2. Are you sure? I watched it on my Roku and used just the remote to interact with the movie...
  3. Bandersnatch is totally worth your time! Black mirror always operates at a high level and this is more of the same. Everyone I know that went to Watson and Holmes had the same review... That's really too bad. I guess the comedy duo was due for a dud. Most everything they appear in is gold.
  4. Tonight I'm going to watch Black Mirror: Bandersnatch. Really looking forward to choosing my own path for how the movie goes. Has anyone watched this yet?
  5. Bird Box on Netflix... I'm not sure what the hype is all about. It's a fine one time watch. Had the chance to be really good...
  6. $14 million AAV. Apparently out of the budget here.
  7. His 30 day negotiation window closes on Jan 3rd so we'll see how hard they kicked those tires.
  8. I concur with you on your assessment. Teams can try to move players around the field to create 'flexibility' but there's always a cost. It's reasonable to expect he won't be as good defensively in the OF as he is at 1B. And he wasn't particularly good at 1B to begin with. So to recoup some lost value playing out of position, he needs to be really good with the bat to make up for it. He's not particularly good with the bat either. If he clears waivers and sent back to AAA they can play him at catcher for all I care. I don't want to see this experiment at the MLB level.
  9. I'd prefer having him start since it's so damn difficult to find it and he showed the ability to do so last season. Mejia could be a decent multi inning bullpen arm.
  10. I hope Cruz takes Sano under his wings and has a heart to heart with him about what it takes to have a long MLB career. It's up to Sano, obviously, but it's nice to have a fellow DR player on the team to look up to.
  11. I read through this thread and no one typed this team will win 100 games or more. Can you point us in the right direction?
  12. Why are you posting on this site at 11:33 AM? Focus on your job. At all times.
  13. Much needed big bat in the middle of the lineup. Good job Falvey and Levine!
  14. Thanks for doing this Tom. I appreciate the Bob Ross reference in the video! Several organizations across baseball are fortunate to find an advanced bat who can fly through the system. Why can't Kirilloff be our fortunate find? If he's making a mockery of AA pitching like he did with A pitchers last year, I hope they let him loose to fly up the system. He doesn't have to learn to field a premium position like Lewis and Gordon, so let's hope his bat stays hot.
  15. Not too hard to envision Tyler Johnson and Cashman playing on Sundays next year.
  16. Good win to end the season. Next year should bring higher expectations than this year.
  17. https://gizmodo.com/apples-future-looks-rotten-1831041372 I agree with this assessment... Apple has stopped innovating their hardware and now has to look elsewhere to progress as a company.
  18. If they believe the core is there, why aren't they supplementing them with better players? That's what Falvey believes from his interview with 1500 ESPN. Core first, supplement later. Their actions so far this winter say the opposite. They don't believe a core is in place so here we are, driving in circles with no real destination.
  19. A team that has a better chance of losing 90 games than winning 90 games.
  20. Teams not trying to win: KC CHI DET BAL TOR SEA TEX MIA CIN PIT SF SD ARI And others will join the group later this year. Maybe even the Twins!
  21. If people think there are too many good teams ahead of the Twins, I hate to break it to them... There are more teams ahead of them in prime position to lose 100 games.
  22. I bet he won't take a 1 year deal, so the Twins are out.
  23. Recruiting class ranked #34 nationally. 8th in the Big 10.
  24. Another blow for FB... But frankly, it doesn't really bother me. If the service is free, you're the product. I accept it.
  25. Don't have time to do the research. I'm sure there are players like Odorizzi every off-season with a track record similar to his. Willingness to sign for cheap or reasonable terms is just your opinion, man. Unless you have inside info?
