  1. You’re probably right. The 2026 Twins are the perfect team to keep trying him as a SP. The Rays have bigger ambitions like winning the AL East and advancing deep in the playoffs. We’re gonna lose more than win games this year.
  2. Whatever it may be, it’s concerning. 0 HRs given up in his first 5 starts. 8 and counting in his next 7 starts.
  3. Buxton up with the bases loaded has not been the winning ticket this year
  4. 9 game on base streak for Caratini? TD writers will be fighting themselves to post “It’s time to Ca$h in on Victor Caratini”
  5. This game is either gonna go past my bedtime with another rain delay or called after 5 innings
  6. I’ll give the tried and true IT answer. Did you unplug it and plug it back in?
  7. I find it interesting that the 2012 draft’s first 2 picks had potential HOF career players that got wrecked by injury. Buxton on the front half of his career, now Correa on the back half of his career.
  8. I bet the Tigers don’t have $2 bud lights available pre-game like we do
  9. Plenty of seats available at this Toledo game
  10. At least we get some Saints coverage. Any day now for a Culpepper call up…
  11. I'm having deja vu from this time last year talking about Chris Paddack. It was pretty obvious at the time that 3.5 ERA Paddack was his peak value on the Twins. I would guess there was a similar article just like this to cash in on him before he reverts back to the 5 ERA pitcher.
  12. Pretty far. Still think this is a 90+ loss team... Especially when we trade Joe Ryan and Ryan Jeffers at the deadline.
  13. Lol okay. Cash him in for what? Holy over reaction to a solid 25 game stretch. I’m old enough to remember when we should have cashed in on Chris Paddack in early June last year as well.
  14. The precedence being set by this ruling today will ruin all college athletics. I don’t believe that’s hyperbole either. If you’re caught doing steroids, go find a local judge and claim addiction made you do it. Can’t be punished for addiction. All of those Georgia players speed racing and killing people… Whelp, they all had mental health issues. No more consequences as long as you have the money to lawyer up.
  15. The NCAA will no doubt appeal this decision immediately. But will it matter specifically for this QB? Appeals can be delayed long enough where he can finish the football season with no consequences. This ruling, and the Ole Miss QB getting a 7th year of eligibility is the outcome of a broken system. Pete Rose has to be rolling in his grave... Wasn't too long ago when Reggie Bush got his Heisman trophy and national championship vacated because agents provided a house and car for his mom. Hell, the Gophers basketball team in the 90s got their final 4 appearance vacated because the coach allowed players to drive his car. It's amazing we've reached this Wild West stage of college athletics.
  16. NCAA football is officially dead after this ruling. This dude bet hundreds of thousands of dollars on sports, including betting the under on his OWN team that he was the QB of. All you gotta do now is go find a local judge to rule in your favor. What a sad state of affairs.
  17. Probably not yet. But before the end of this season, the Twins need to know once and for all if Wallner, Lewis, and Martin are worth keeping for next season and beyond. We might be seeing Lewis' last opportunity right now. Wallner should get 1 more opportunity to prove he belongs by the end of the season. If not, then we have an easy answer this winter to non-tender him, or trade him for a bag of baseballs.
