    If Shedeur’s last name was anything besides Sanders, he wouldn’t have received the hype he did from the media. The league has spoken and they never viewed him as anything more than backup material. At this point, I wonder if he goes undrafted and he tries to challenge going back to college for 1 more year. Who’s gonna want to take on that circus with a 4-7 round pick?

    I’m shocked Will Johnson fell out of the 1st round. I don’t have access to his medical record obviously and it must be that serious to scare off everyone for their 1st pick. TONS of good RB, WR, and CB available tomorrow. Do the Vikings sacrifice 2026 draft picks to move up from their next pick 97 overall? I would.

    From a purely strategic standpoint, Kwesi addressed every IOL position this offseason, which I didn’t think in a thousand years he would do. So kudos to him. There’s a scenario where we have a top 5 OL next year! That phrase hasn’t been said in over a decade

    I hope Jackson is the real deal. Completely logical because he can start at LT while Darrisaw recovers from his injury then kick back to LG when Darrisaw is back. I don’t pretend to watch college OL and just rely on the analysts.

    Golden would have been awesome for us. Man, that’s really tough that both slots below us took trades. The Rams getting a 2026 1st for trading down 20 slots this year is a steal. I am very jealous of their trade.

    It’s not like Chicago isn’t coming back to town later this season. The radar was pretty clear about it raining all afternoon. Idk why they even started the game today.

    At the micro daily level I root for a win. On the macro overall level, it’s pretty clear this isn’t a good running organization. These issues have popped up for the last 4 years in a row. 2022 September collapse because everyone got injured. 2023 was a really slow start until Wallner, Lewis, and Julien got red hot in August and September - just sneaking into the playoffs. 2024 epic collapse from mid August thru the rest of the season. Now again in 2025 a really slow start. I’m ready for wholesale changes so there’s hope in the future. As it stands now, this team is taking a nose dive in team performance and fan engagement.

    Are we sure this game is going to happen today? It’s currently raining outside my window 5 miles west of TF and supposed to rain all afternoon.

    I’m a Longhorns fan and watched a lot of their games last fall. Collins is a beast and I would love to find a way to draft him. He’s not going to be a flashy 10 sack per season guy. But he clogs up the running lanes in the middle. He’ll be one of those dudes that quietly plays 10+ years in the NFL.

    FWIW, Paul Allen on his radio show thinks it’ll be OL - Tyler Booker or Grey Zabel. It’s one of the only days of the year I will torture myself listening to his show on KFAN.

    Give me someone in the trenches all day long. DT - Kenneth Grant or Derrick Harmon OL - Grey Zabel, Simmons or Jackson from Ohio State If those are off the board, you can talk me into going 1998 on the offense and taking a WR or RB. The late steam is this safety from South Carolina but I have little to no interest in taking another 1st round safety.
