If you can't see that is exactly what happens around here, particularly with people seriously thinking he's cost the team upwards of 10 wins this year, I don't know what to tell you.

I'm viewed as some sort of Rocco defender, but the reality is that managers really don't have that much of an effect on the games - particularly regarding in-game moves. Creating a culture and the day-to-day refining and getting guys right is FAR more important.
I wouldn't really care if he got fired, but you can do a LOT worse than Rocco. And it's an undeniable fact that he's only criticized when a decision goes wrong and does not get anywhere near that amount of praise when a decision works out.
