  1. I have the Diamondbacks TV Broadcast through MLB. Same broadcasters as the former Bally Sports AZ. They really love Target Field. Even if Arizona hasn't won a game there since 2014.
  2. Doesn't seem like that should have been a double.
  3. I'd take Mancini over Luplow 100 times out of 100. And Garlick over Luplow too.
  4. There's 2 months left in the season. Options are next to meaningless at this point. They're only 2.5 games in front. It's about what they think gives them thebl best shot at winning the division.
  5. Brock Stewart to 60 day IL, opening 40 man spot.
  6. I think the front office preferring the rusting hulk of Dallas Kuechel speaks loudly about their opinion of Varland.
  7. And if Donovan Solano batting 3rd doesn't tell you how utterly the front office failed at their jobs, both over the winter and at the deadline, I don't know what will.
  8. I don't understand how Correa has lost the ability to hit. He's so unhitterish.
  9. I certainly had...have...higher hopes for Ryan than "back of the rotation" starter. And if that's what he ends up, that's not "a good thing." For one thing, nobody should ever want a "back of the rotation: starter even IN their rotation.
  10. Not liking the start from Ryan. At all. Edit: at least no runs allowed. But that wasn't pretty.
  11. Gordon does nothing for this team.
  12. He's better at his job than anyone else inside or outside? Since May 1st: May: .165/.313/.342 Jun: .184/.226/.340 Jul: .128/.226/.340 In that 3 month span he has 28 hits. 28. Twenty-eight. A little over 2 per week. 1 per series. 18 RBI. With 10 of those coming on HRs. That's right...8 RBI of other players in 3 months. Half a season. 92 Ks in 175 ABs. Yes, that's correct. Over half a season, more than half his ABs ended in a strikeout. That's the best player for the job, inside or outside the org??
  13. Not getting bullpen help is a failure to execute their job. Plain and simple. There's no excuse, no logic. Help was traded. At reasonable prices. We have obvious weakness in the pen. There are no realistic internal options. Complete. Failure.
  14. Do you think the majority of Twins players feel like management supported them by NOT adding obvious needed help? I don't. I think most Twins players are disappointed. A couple are breathing a sigh of relief to still be in the big leagues.
  15. What? He gets credit for a fly ball now? They pinch hit for him with runners on 2nd and 3rd, one out... with a RHer on the mound. And it's not the first time they've done it. Think about that. By the way, Jeffers and the St Loius SS led to the 1st run.
  16. Paul Sewald to AZ for nothing is the one that really pisses me off. He'd have been a nice fit.
  17. I ******* **** hate that ******** ***** ***. ******. *** ******! I'm pissed!
  18. doubtful. nobody likes me when I'm NOT angry.
  19. Well that's exactly what I want. Bring it.
