  1. The negative WPA is as interesting as the positive for this game. There were a lot of hitters who had big chances to contribute, but didn't: Polanco: -0.209 Vazquez: -0.167 Correa: -0.165 Larnach: -0.162.
  2. C4 finally found a way to drive in a run!
  3. Correa doing what he does best!
  4. We have been studying the White Sox's defensive techniques. Clearly, we learn well.
  5. Sorry for being too fatalistic in predicting 2+ runs. They only gave up one run. But I can confidently predict that one vs. two won't matter.
  6. You're forgetting that we also have to give up 2+ runs in the next half-inning.
  7. And good, exciting small ball!
  8. Got one back on the bases there. Good hustle.
  9. He's not going to keep this up all season, of course. I just hope he is able to pitch all season!
  10. That's why they let him bat!
  11. Aren't there parks with a yellow line and anything above the line is a home run?
  12. It will take a long time for me to forgive Polanco for that out. You have to hustle no matter what!
  13. What would be left without the cornballs? Mostly whining and chicken.
  14. I wouldn't be oberly optimistic.
  15. Why is it that Anglo broadcasters always get the accent right on Lopez, but wrong on Perez?
  16. That has to be the worst inning of ball/strike calls I've ever seen. I remember at least 4 balls called strikes against KC. ROBO UMPS NOW!!!
  17. Perez now bats one more time.
  18. I'm impressed with Taylor. He ran his shoulder into the padded wall making that catch and doesn't look like he'll spend the next three months on the IL.
  19. Squeeze was much more fun, but three-run-homers are OK, too.
