    Have you read it? Weird is a good word for sure. Lots of side stories in teh book also, which you will definitely get in teh tv show, from what I've read.

    So far, reviews seem pretty good on American Gods. Any thoughts? This and Handmaiden's Tale make me want to pay for tv, even though I hardly watch it.

    Terry Ryan once bet on salaries going down.....it has never happened in any professional sports' league. Doesn't mean it won't, but it never has. If you are a player, are you really betting on that?

    Right, there are teams that definitely want McKay first as a hitter. That's what the writers have been told. I think most everyone sees Greene as a pitcher first. I do agree with those that say McKay is less risky.

    Was Floriman considered a top 10 prospect in his draft? KLAW has said Greene is one, as a SS, FWIW. So I'm not sure Floriman is a fair comp.
