    I should have been more clear. I think the board has unrealistic expectations of individuals, but did not understand how valuable teams view the assets that are prospects. In other words, teams place a high value on prospects, but they don't expect the things many fans do. This board also overvalues a certain kind of prospect relative to national types.

    They are getting two good years from Gray. What they traded isn't relevant unless we think both teams can't win a trade, imo.

    One of them is a top 100 prospect, that's a valuable asset. So, I'm not sure why it's hard to understand. But I can see your disconnect from my position. I think this board generally undervalues prospects and lacks patience. Not you, but others. Salas has a ton of value as a trade piece at the deadline if they are looking to add ....

    It's clear the defense was the problem with this team. We knew that before tonight. I have no idea how they fix it fast

    I like the odds of Lee being the starting 3B no later than early 2024.

    I don't know how you can't love these two prospects coming back. Salas is a legit prospect. Two really nice gets, as they say.

    Fangraphs couldn't be more on the Twins' side of this deal if they tried.

    Did they really need their 3rd best prospect? Yes, yes they did. On top of another prospect, and a number 3 / 2 SP? Yes. There are no aces available.

    Fangraphs rates their new SS as the Twins' 3rd best prospect! Wow. This is a great trade for MN. They are flush with 2B, and if Kiriloff is hurt, they have options at first / DH. They added a number 3, who could be better after running out of gas last year. I get that people like watching Arraez, but this is a great trade.

    Two of those had power, and one stole bases..... Two of those were elite defenders. It isn't close.

    Truth. They just replaced a year of Bundy with a year of Lopez, and got a very good prospect and a lottery ticket? I can't believe they got a number 3 pitcher, a top prospect and another young guy in return.
