    I see no evidence of this supplied anywhere online. The easiest explanation is they didn't love the team, and didn't want to pay the cost of prospects. They seem to believe that Lewis will be back at third, and polanco can cover it until he comes back. RP is hard to predict. All that's simple to believe is the truth.

    They absolutely refuse to give the guys crushing AAA a chance. I'm 100% sure Julien would be there if polanco hadn't gotten hurt. Can't wait until they are fired.

    Fangraphs has the farm system in the middle, nowhere near the bottom. This team is light-years ahead of where it was under Ryan. That said, I'd fire them now. I'd definitely fire them if they miss the playoffs. They refuse to move on from their mistakes. The only reason Julien is up is because polanco was hurt twice. I have zero faith in their ability to build a complete team.

    I'm guessing my tomatoes and grapes are starting to peak...... But most will still be in great condition when I get back. Neighbors have permission to eat what they want in exchange for watering. For the second year in a row, the zucchini just isn't working. Year one we had so much....

    Who win the division last year? They traded a bad SS and made room for good prospects. I wish Minnesota would do that. Civale is not as good as his era and gets hurt. They sold high. Might be a mistake, might not. But doing nothing is risky too. It is a choice. They decided to try to make their team younger and better. I applaud that.

    I've defended them every year until this one. I see no evidence they are willing to shoot their mistakes and move. I see no progress in the minors, since none of them are being promoted.

    Post seven years? The longer this FO has been in control, the worse it's gotten . They've been in a terrible division, and didn't make the playoffs the last two years. The only reason Julien is up is because polanco got hurt a second time. They have no third baseman and need a RHOF, and Prato sits in AAA. What evidence is there that their plans work, since the pandemic shortened year?

    Why would you think this is the only straw for me? That it isn't about the last three years? About Gallo? About the bullpen? Really, why?

    Why does anyone think molitar would ever be back? They literally have three backups in the outfield, again, and a terrible DH. I have no idea how this is on the manager, and not front office.

    Didn't help this year or next year. They have, according to the way they play their players, zero OF signed for next year, and one, maybe, this year, and they did nothing. No idea why anyone thinks next year is promising with that.

    I was promised promotions in the minors too. .....I see no evidence this FO is doing anything at all. You want to bet on Gallo losing his job?

    Polanco better not go to second. Julien is their best player, by far.
