I didn't care about that at all. I would be on with them, if they didn't complain after not getting even more calls they didn't deserve to get. I hate cheating, whining, and flopping.

The problem is the teams that don't try, that don't spend. Pittsburgh and Baltimore really come to mind this year.... I'd there a revenue issue? Yes. Is it so big that so many teams don't spend at all? No.
