    What about question marks?
  2. Hosken Bombo Disco
It's mind boggling©, but in a very good way

You can say that again. I mean, Can you say that again?
  4. Hosken Bombo Disco
You are right. I am overthinking this. The burden is fully on Avery to prove something, and not on the Twins to make something of him.

So maybe this signing signals Buxton will not return to Rochester for any extended period?
  6. Hosken Bombo Disco
I don't see this as a crushing blow to the Twins. Cueto is strictly a rental and KC likely outbid many other big market teams for him. The Twins weren't likely to outplay KC by 6+ games over the final two months.
  7. Hosken Bombo Disco
In your opinion, is he better than a Kepler or Walker promotion?

I know Milone was pitching well but I wish they would have removed him before Arod's 2nd homer. I only say that in hindsight since I wasn't paying close attention at that point. Perkins and Suzuki are cerebral guys. They need to be smarter than that last night. They threw him a thigh high fastball right down the middle. Perkins said he was surprised Arod swung at the first pitch. Weak excuse in my opinion.

Yes, I recall another poster was all over it, predicting the Twins would send those guys out to hit even before the inning started.

Perkins was overused early in the season but not really in the past six weeks. He should be well rested. My hope is that he not turn into Joe Nathan Jr. every time he faces the Yankees.

Everyone is going to have their favorite goat tonight. In war they say "failure is an orphan".....well not tonight it wasn't.

Every Twin who was on the Twins in 2010 and earlier should be benched against the Yankees!!!
  13. Hosken Bombo Disco
let's throw him a thigh high fastball right over the plate and see if he swings and misses Good job boys

not sure I liked the pitch call for a change up-down the middle, but we'll take it!

    Soft.

I honestly think Ryan has done more with the bullpen than we give him credit. He hasn't done much, but he hasn't done nothing, either. I'm talking about O'Rourke and May. (Should be Pelfrey, grumble.) But then Molitor appears to think he needs to "build them up slowly" before he trusts those guys in important spots. I think he should just throw them in the fire. Time will tell.
  19. Hosken Bombo Disco
No worries, Doc. It probably auto-corrected because no one named Robinson has ever made a name for himself playing baseball. Until Shane, of course.
  20. Hosken Bombo Disco
love to see the victory dance again!

Riverbrian forgot to add that, to make room for Ramirez, the Twins will send Miguel Sano back to AAA Rochester. Ha ha

  24. Hosken Bombo Disco
