    I said this in the game thread and I'll say it here. Yes the error hurt, but Berrios was terrible. He was going 2-0, 3-0 on almost every hitter. A lot of his pitches weren't even close.

    A bloop that barely cleared Altuve's glove. He was so mad he threw his glove down in disgust. Pretty funny.

    Yes, error was costly, but Berrios was terrible tonight. You go 2-0, 3-0 on almost every batter you are going to get results like this. He was lucky in the 1st inning,he wasn't throwing strikes then either.

    You seriously underestimate how elite Bolt is. This race would be a joke, a bad one.

    Seth, that would be one heck of a coincidence if both Romero and Jorge had the exact same OPS against for 3 months.........

    Is anyone else not that excited to see Hughes? I know with his contract they will pitch him is some form until his arm falls off, but he seems done to me. Hope i'm wrong.

    Speaking of Arcia, I wonder when (or if) he'll get another shot. He's mashing in AAA, a 1.128 OPS.

    Rosario has the 2nd best slugging percentage on the team right now.

    I just don't get the fascination people have with this guy. He's bounced around the minors for 10 freaking years, been let go by multiple organizations, yet suddenly he's some diamond if the rough that the Twins have magically found the polishing compound for? I'm not buying it. His 94 MPH fastballs were getting smoked all over the park yesterday because he couldn't throw a changeup for a strike and apparently was afraid to throw his curve until Allen went out to mound.

    That's all well and good, spin rate, velocity, blah, blah blah. There is a reason the guy has been in the minors for 10 freaking years. For Christ's sake, after watching fastballs being rocketed all over the park, Allen had to come out and tell him to throw a freaking curve ball yesterday.

    Already a star? Are you kidding me? As someone else said, why the puff piece? He is what he is at this point, a great defensive player, and a big offensive liability. "Stars" don't have negative OWAR, they just don't.

    For some of us in the midwest, especially those of us in Iowa, the blackout rules are insane. I feel no guilt using services to get around this.

    How? Teams like the Twins can't/won't go out and spend for an ace in the free agent market.
