    I don't think there is any guessing. I had a MRI on my elbow about 2 weeks ago for elbow pain that happened at the gym. the doctor could see where I had partially torn tendons in my elbow in the MRI. I'm pretty sure ligaments are the same way.

    Not mean to be snarky, but since Romero seemed to be counted on as a big piece of the bullpen and he had a horrible spring training I just wanted to know if they worked with him or not. If not maybe they should have.

    Did he work with Romero? Because if he did, it sure didn't help his control....

    Frankly, I think the best case scenario for this bullpen is to be average and worst case is to be a disaster.

    Shouldn't we be looking for better than league average with Buxton? if all he is is a career .730 OPS guy, that will be disappointing... He's supposed to be a star.

    The Twins need more sub 4 ERA, 200 innings pitched "flaws".....

    I'd be all for increasing the minimum salary and letting players get the free agency faster, but only if they would be willing to give up guaranteed contracts. That will never happen.

    what to expect? a .750 OPS and decent defense when he plays. Anything more will be a bonus, IMO

    Unfortunately there are 8 million reason why....

    Kopech had TJ surgery on Sept. 19 of last year. He's not pitching for the White Sox this year.

    Anyone not in the top 3 should be viewed as expendable to trade for established MLers.

    Another thing that is going to be hurt Jake Cave's chances of improving on what he did last year is playing time. He's not going to be in the lineup everyday like the last 3 months of last year.

    Yes, there is some effort in the delivery, but I've seen lots of pitchers with higher effort and less "stuff". Absolutely needs to given every chance to be a starter, even f it takes longer.

    With all these seemingly good prospects, we shouldn't be afraid of trading a few for an established MLer if the right opportunity arises.

    Palka, OBP south of .300 k rate at 36.6% and bad defense. Meh, he's basically another Oswaldo Arcia......

    I think his argument was we could have let someone else like Magill go instead of Curtiss. I know I'd rather have Curtiss that Magill.

    Magill and Duffy don't belong on a team that's trying to contend.
