  1. What's the reasoning for questions on his defense at short? Would go an awful long way for the Twins if he could stick there obviously
  2. I completely understand how athletes have changed over the years. They actually don't run faster than me
  3. Aaron Judge is also 6'7" and clearly in very good shape. Terrible comparison
  4. I don't understand how people can see the number 290 lbs and think that is remotely acceptable for a baseball player, one that is expected to play 3B no less. He could legitimately show up to a Vikings practice and not look out of place on the OL or DL. He doesn't have to look like Giancarlo Stanton out there. He's always been a big guy and will be heavier than other players. That's fine. 290 lbs is not fine. At all. At some point it will affect his performance. Sano is only 24. What is he going to weigh when he is 30?
  5. Big fan of Thrylos. Sometimes gives pretty good info and observations. Sometimes he's probably a bit too biased towards his own opinions but he clearly loves baseball and provides a heck of a lot more to this site than I do. It is going to be a fun year for the Twins middle infield future. Dozier is in the last year of his contract. We'll see if Polanco can keep hitting and improve on his defense. Nick Gordon will be at AAA. A lot to figure out just with those three, then you add in Lewis and Javier down the line.
  6. Probably my favorite player in last year's draft class outside of Lewis
  7. I was just thinking the same thing about Miranda. I'm way excited to see all those Elizabethton hitters in full season leagues this year
  8. Not sure why people are mentioning Slegers. Even if you don't believe in him, he still has potential to be a major league pitcher and there is no reason to remove him right now. There are definitely other 40 man options that make a lot more sense.
  9. I can't believe this group is 6-10. I'm so excited to watch them all develop.
  10. Big fan of Gerrit Cole. I have a few questions about his durability though. Odorizzi doesn't move the needle much for me. I would not give up much for him.
  11. There's no reason to leave Colon off the playoff roster. He needs to be on it whether he pitches or not. Leaving him off would be a huge mistake
  12. I'm a little confused. Wasn't Hector Santiago just pitching on a rehab assignment?
  13. It would seem like Molitor is more comfortable with using Busenitz now.
  14. If you were a fan of Gonsalves, maybe you could actually take the time to give him some respect and spell his last name correctly at least once in all those posts you made.
  15. That's an awful lot of speculation in your post. Yeah we get it. He makes $23 million a year and he's not an MVP caliber player anymore.
  16. That logic isn't a fair way of looking at things. We can't pretend it is as if we have won every single game we should have won and lost every game we should have lost.
  17. The schedule the rest of the month sets up for the Twins to make a run. 3 against Detroit this weekend, 3 against Cleveland and 3 against Arizona next week, then 8 of 11 against the White Sox to end the month with the other 3 being against the Blue Jays.
