The next 16 games will decide the direction of the season. Ten on the road and six at home all of the road games against playoff hopefuls. I’d like to see them do a little light buying and selling. Remain competitive in 26 but don’t do anything to mortgage the future.- 51 replies

Good article. This team has been more fun to follow than I thought. I’d add Morris to the list of surprises. I thought of him as a fringe fourth or fifth starter guy. He’s turning into a nice bullpen option. My disappointment is similar to one of yours. Tom and the FO knew that the bullpen and defense were gonna be bad and didn’t do anything in the off-season to address them. Without getting too nerdy, the Twins could be at least 3 to 4 games better if they even had an average defense and average bullpen.- 40 replies

A few of my favorite things: -Larnach bounce back after the last series. I’m on the record as wanting to trade him. He keeps hitting and he’s helping the club either way. -Kreidler making the case for no Gray. -Pitching showed up and showed out this weekend.
