    Big decision here, hopefully he can stabilize the clubhouse and get everybody moving in the same direction. Even bigger decision upcoming, what will Shelton’s roster look like?

    Falvey doesn’t want to be challenged. Go with the comfortable hire. Hopefully I’m wrong but not super jazzed by this hire.

    You left out one of the Twins guaranteed contracts. The ghost of Correa is getting $10mil - third highest on the team as of now.

    Twins sucked at defense. I think they need to decide between Wallner and Larnach. Only one of these guys can be the DH.

    Flaherty and Servais at least seem different than Rocco. Who is most likely to provide a different voice?

    I wish they would have given Fedko a look at the end of 2025. Sign Polo for 2yrs/$14m and he can play 1B and DH.

    Suggestion number 2 is a must. Stop swinging at crap; his bat-to-ball skills have become a liability in the MLB. Just because you can get your bat to the ball doesn’t mean you always should. Miranda was similar in this way. Can he go to an agility camp? Lee will never be a speedster, but if he can increase his range, even a foot in either direction, he becomes a much better defender. His slow footedness also turns many of his should be doubles into singles.

    If we assume the rest in the off season helps him get right, then the $4.6 for a SP3 or SP4 is a bargain. Bailey from 2022-24 was a solid starter. I believe that pitcher is still in there.

    Zoll barely talked at the presser to announce the Rocco firing. Falvey shouldn’t be the head of both baseball and operations. He is doing the job that used to be split between himself, St Peter, and Levine.

    Falvey needs help. No one should be POBO and running the business side. He’s in over his head.

    I agree, you gotta keep him. If it were my money, I’d do my best to extend him. They say they wanna be competitive and that just isn’t true, especially if they trade Ryan and or Lopez. Actions speak louder than words.

    Would love to have a manager that challenges upwards. Organizations need people that share their ideas and voice their opinions. I’m not sure that is something that Falvey and the Pohlads value.

    Maybe some of you, like me, have been wondering about the rule 5 players that the Twins would like to protect. TFTwins recently posted a video on this subject. Great info and analysis. I found it very helpful and hopefully you will as well.

    Wish we had a clue about what they were thinking up there at 1 Twins Way. Falvey and his word salads don’t give me a lot of confidence or hope in his ability to navigate this “right sizing” of the business.

    Larnach and Lee are slow AF. They should work agility as much as hitting in the off season. Larnach could also grab a 1B mitt so the FO can spend any $$ they do have in other areas.

    Falvey - the master of talking a lot without saying ****. His quotes here about the hiring of the manager and not knowing what payroll looks like until he meets with the owners? He’s the GD prez of OPs and Baseball. I don’t expect him to give specifics, but by avoiding answering the questions at all, he inspires no confidence in his leadership.

    The most important thing is the transactions that Falvey and Zoll make, no matter what the number is. I don’t have a lot of faith in those two right now.

    I the first article Tom (Joes brother) tells us that we shouldn’t question their financial investment in the team but maybe the way/where that $$ was invested. Promoting Falvey after the 2024 collapse should definitely be questioned.
