    Just lost all the confidence i was beginning to get back in Paddack. My early season thoughts were right i guess. He is not good.

    I think it might be a playoff killer. Counting on ober and Matthew's and. Festa isn't going to get it done

    Does anybody else have that feeling of Ober being less than impressive this year? I've been thinking that for about 2 weeks and tonight just confirms it. Don't know if velocity is down but he just seems so hittable.

    Hopefully we can use him after an opener and not waste him in "Alcala" situations, after the game has been decided. Would like to see if he can strengthen the rotation because Matthews and Festa are scary options.

    I can't see this team being a .500 club with this pitching staff minus Lopez. We will need Ryan and Ober to win every start or keep the team in the game for a bullpen win to be .500. Matthews. Festa and Paddack are scary options.

    If they want inning eaters from pitchers who shouldn't be in the majors, aka, Funderburk, Alcala, and Festa, hell I can break out the old 55 mph curve ball from 45 years ago. I seriously can't do any worse.

    I've said before, Alcala is terrible and shouldn't be on a major league roster, about a week ago. I got thumbs down by at least one person. Can you believe that?

    Just a complete implosion. How many ways did we give that game away? Alcala with a one run lead. Wallner out at home. 1st and 3rd no out and can't score. What a crushing loss.

    5.40 era and a 1.40 whip for the day. That's who Paddack is. Keep rolling with him. Nothing to lose now.
