  1. Yeah , right.
  2. End of story.
  3. Hmm, Polanco just ripped the cover off of the ball also.
  4. Right now the Twins are doing what they had not done this spring but did a lot of last year; take big lead and get blown out by the end of the game. ? Who are the players, now, whose names are new since start of Spring Training, A level players just getting a shot at big show pitching?
  5. They would have known better and there would not have been a collision.
  6. Wow, the Minors are a total waste of time, whoo-eee, what a profound revelation.?
  7. College is not the same as A, A is not the same as AA, AA is not the same as AAA and AAA is not the same as the Major League. They have forgotten more about how this works than any one hear who has not at least made to Minor League will ever know.
  8. I never said one word about getting good pitching, and I do not really care about the pitching, the only thing I care about is the the Twins fielding does not look like a Chinese Fire Drill which it has too often.
  9. Watching Kepler and Gordon's speed running , pretty much exemplifies why the Twins need a better Left fielder. Fielding Bible put Twins left field at minus 15 runs last year, it has not improved.
  10. Being third worst in number of errors for both leages is so unimportant. Sure, sure, if you say so.
  11. The lack of the bats of Cruz and Garver will hurt more than any one will want to admit. It will be a return to the seventies, 80 wins plus or minus a couple.
  12. It matters a lot when singles become doubles and outs become hits; only also ran teams have poor fielding. Twins lost a game last year when the other team won without a hit; Twins lost a game where both teams had double digit scores but winning team did not have a single home-run, some here must like that.
  13. Willie Mays Hays strikes again. Keep him in the infield.
  14. None that I know of but the Twins seem capable of pulling rabbit out ot a hat on occasion.
  15. Barring the signing of a upper level Left Fielder, they are not as good as the hype from last year but no worse either. If they are not by the first of June in a postion where playing .500 ball the rest of the year will leave them ten games under .500, they are in better shape.
  16. Yeah Rooker has just torn up opposing pitching with that .083 average , while Garlick is much better in the outfield. Is Sturgeon still on the spring training team?
  17. Yah, we had these wonderful thoughts about the Twins before the season last year too; do not hold your breath on Jeffers.
  18. Rooker belongs in the minors, maybe permanently.
  19. Yep do like they did in 2019 and bring in quality veterans.
  20. The only gain was Correa over Simmons, all the rest are a major loss.?
  21. So, the six, seven, eight and number nine batters should just be an automatic out and not go to bat, if it is crazy for the lead batter to have men on base? Why do they bother??
