Twins have too many left handed outfield bats but none of them hit. Very twins move to trade starting players while in first place. Then again, I'd really only be upset if they traded Julien or kiriloff from our offense.

I think he's just not a good pitcher. He wasn't good his entire career up until last year when he was lights out for three months and has not been good the final half of last season or this season.

This reminds me of the game in Oakland where we lit up gio Gonzalez and then Blackburn and company blew a huge lead. The game ended with cuddyer trying to score from second on a wild pitch while delmon crapped his pants at home plate. -

I don't know why everyone rips on purists when the extreme majority of people found the game much more entertaining and enjoyable for any era more than five years ago.

The AL Central is what happens when you take away the unbalanced schedule. I suspect it would have looked pretty similar on at least 3-4 other occasions over the past 22 years.
