  1. Ok. 1 Castro CF. 2 Lewis 2B 3 Miranda 3B 4 Wallner RF 5 Santana 1B 6 Larnach LF 7 Vasquez/Jeffers 8 Lee SS. 9 Julien DH. I don't trust his glove. That's my 8 for how things stand today.
  2. I didn't look it up. So thanks. I had it in my mind that he had hit 1-5. I knew it was at least 4 different spots
  3. As things stand right now today. It would be Santana Lewis Lee Miranda Wallner Larnach and Castro. I didn't do the catcher since that's a given that one day it's Jeffers the next day it's Vasquez. Sorry. I meant to use Riverbrians post.
  4. Anyone on TD would have a winning record. But seriously. Any major league manager would have a winning record. Some would be multiple games better
  5. Just using Witt. If he were a Twin. He'd hit 1-4. And he'd have at least 10 games off for fear of breaking down.
  6. Currently as things stand? Or when everyone is healthy? It's fluid. Rocco has not put his best 9 hitters in the lineup ever. Either due to health or match-ups or getaway day or you can't play Buxton for 3 straight. He's got a chemistry set that he loves playing with.
  7. That's not Byron Buxton. Those are electrodes used to control his clone. There was a slight hiccup that his controllers are working on after his ejection.
  8. Uh huh. The same comments about how much better Julien and Kirilloff were defensively have been made too. I will say that he has played better. If he improves that jump on the ball he'll be fine. The fact that he does have a strong arm helps overcome some of his shortcomings. And as long as he's a Twin and Rocco/Falvey are running the lineup he'll never be given that opportunity to play 140 or 150 games. This righty lefty bull has been in place for several years. If they do a 180 and change course it would signal they were wrong. So they'll continue throwing the Margot Martin and Garlick types out there. Even though I believe that's a crazy strategy 😳
  9. It's Roccos decision to put Martin in LF. Larnach or Wallner make that catch. Martin has been terrible all year on balls he has to come in to catch. So no. Rocco didn't miss it. He just put his name on the lineup card
  10. Nope. Vasquez is a much better option there.
  11. It doesn't need fixed. The recipe works if you use the right ingredients. No substitutes
  12. After pitches 4 and 5 I was pounding my chair. Both out of the strike zone. It wasn't the way one might draw it up. But he then fouled off 2 tough pitches. He hit a mistake. It's not like Lewis set him up. Baseball gods were smiling down on him. The way he's been going I'd call that homer more luck than anything. But Lewis is God. Thumbs down away. 👎 🤣
  13. If he hits consistently, the "bombs" will happen. Instead of the hot and cold. A lot of AB where he was just pull happy "trying" to hit bombs. He's better than that.
  14. Lee says hello. What does that mean? I see all this Lee this and Lee that. What did Lee do when he was playing to garner all this hoopla? He wasn't that great defensively. I remember a walk off error. He wasn't tearing the cover off the ball. Oh that's right. His dad's a coach. I've heard that as many times as I've heard Keplers parents were ballet dancers.
  15. Any time the Twins say "getting close" add 6-8 weeks. How is it that EVERY injury is worse than originally announced? It's not possible. Set backs my ask. Topa Stewart Correa Buxton Just more lying. And they were upset with Kirilloff for not being forthcoming. Or so the story goes. You reap what you sow. That 6 for 200 is starting to show cracks. And if the Twins do somehow get into the postseason without them. Just shut them down. Unless they're 100%. If they can't contribute in the drive to the post season at less than 100% then they don't need to contribute in the postseason at less than 100% as well. Lewis is struggling. I believe because he's not healthy right now. And he's not helping in any way because of it.
  16. His whole year has been off as compared to last year. He's still been good. Just not AS good
  17. I'm pretty sure he wasn't comparing himself with Rivera. He's basically saying it happens to the best sometimes too.
