    Both Dozier (bases loaded) and Escobar (two on) striking out at the end of the second.... those are at bats leaders need to do something with. Those at bats kill you with a bullpen like we have.....

    LaTroy Hawkins, eh? He is terrible. The Twins really need to get a new guy that is good, consistent, and wants to be there. Bert has run his course, and could care less to be there at all the games, and the other "subs" are just terrible.

    It was the 4 pitch walk to start the inning that spelled the dome. That certainly counts as something they got off Curtiss. No Garver throw without the 4 pitch walk, either. You come into the game and give up a 4 pitch walk............ there you go. It all leads to something. Vargas should have caught the pop up.

    Damn. The only thing you don't want the 23 million dollar man to do. Hit into yet another double play, and give them two outs. I guess Mauer did need the rest. Good teams don't get into the playoffs by giving away games. I don't want to see Duffey for the rest of the year.!!!!!

    I really don't, and never will, understand how it is so tiring to get to play baseball everyday. Add millions paid to do it.... and really not hard. Super easy.

    Garver, Curtiss, and to some degree, Vargas..... all succumbing to pressure they can't handle. Too bad. There was some renewed promise there for a few minutes.

    Buxton got lucky on that hit. That is the sucker pitch way outside and low that he usually strikes out on!

    I am amazed at how shallow Buxton plays. He sure can make up the ground, though. Makes for high speed into the fence/wall possibilities. So far, mostly he stays on the field, especially after the early career frequency of getting himself injured. Dive away, and land softly.
