    Were and when have you seen the Twins honor and listen to Tom Kelly at spring training? Last I seen him there was 5 years ago. I'm guessing you are thinking close to 8+ years ago.

    I think most of us would take a .243 avg with 35 homeruns from even our top players...if you believe a dip in those numbers to be a slush pile...well our team would be amazing.

    1. I'm sure the Twins have scrutinized his medical. Let's not forget Rogers injury seamed worse as he did shut it down. 2. Pagan also benefits from good coaching. 3.Both of these players were aging and hurt last year. A new union rep and assistant rep will be appointed and do there respective jobs as well as the previous ones.

    Or we could have had Rogers that more than wilted. He went to th IR. How many playoff wins has Rogers been evolved in again?

    If you read threw the comments there are plenty already called to trade Carlos and many others questioning why we signed him if we were going to trade Rogers.

    Well there are more than a handful who stated they do not like this trade and had mentioned punting on the season in previous articles. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion of course. I also want the young guys to play...actually our team has become much younger threw these trades. Winder and Duran both made the roster as did Ober and Ryan. Kiriloff and Celestino and Gordon....all young guys. Other than Miranda what other younger players do you want on the roster? Even Paddack is young. So I pose this question to you, who else do you want on the roster?

    I sometimes...ok many times do not understand what's folks want on here...heck so many wanted to punt on this season just a month ago. No even more do? Let's give these guys a chance. We have a really good team. Is it the best, probably not. But thus team is talented and young. Don't be a doomsday guy before the season even starts...at least wait untill May folks. Go Twins

    So no to trading Rodgers no matter who he brings in return. That's a hard line.

    I agree Miller handled himself very well down in Florida. I see him sticking at short. He acted as a leader already on the back fields during spring.

    I am a Homer in South Carolina. That being said, I see great things for this ball club. After speaking with many coaches and players, I don't take this desire to win this year as just coach speak. Could be a special year folks.

    Really good dude. Got the opportunity to chat with him in Florida as he gave some interesting info while wearing his flip flops. Definitely cheering for him.

    Many of the young players from the Dominican Republic not mentioned looked like the real deal in spring training. Watching some of the Low A and high A spring training showed more than a few players that have big league potential written all over them. It's amaizing watching some of these kids stand and play head and shoulders over there counterparts. Quite a few kids not mentioned in our top prospect ratings will be household names for Twins fans in the next year or 2.

    I hope also. I honestly see 85 wins. I guess we shall see who's prediction is correct in about 6 months my friend.

    Is there a upper level left fielder left available to sign? Curious who you might have considered as still possible.

    How is it a vast overpay for Correa...but then question why no other team would do the "Correa thing"

    71 Strikeouts in 42 inning for Sean Mooney. I guess he is someone to definitely watch. That is a great first year.

    I like the idea of batting Arreaz in the 4 spot. Who else could protect Carlos to start the season? At least untill Alex is up to the task, which maybe soon but probably not to start.

    He was hurt almost the entire time he was here. I get your point, but noway we could have protected him from the rule V draft a few years ago.

    It would be great if he continues to hit and becomes above serviceable in RF. I know this is alot of ifs, but I believe he will hit and hit very well. Would be great if he pushed Kepler into a 4th OF role, defensive replacement. Ok...there I said it

    Martin is way to advanced as a batter to start at AA. I disagree starring him there would not be ideal for him as a prospect.
