    As mentioned above, I swear they're just trolling the fan base at this point. I played in high school 40 years ago, and I'll work for substantially less money- hit me up, Falvey.

    It's funny (or sad) when you realize Brujan's putrid numbers (.199/.267/.276) are still 50 points higher than Gasper's. There's no stopping us now.

    This is shaping-up to be a year of acquiring warm bodies. Well, at least we can hope they're warm.

    You just know anybody who was DFA'd by the Marlins has a bright future ahead of them. He'll fit right into this organization.

    The more things change, the more they stay the same. The Pohlad family is like a whack-a-mole game- there's always going to be another one popping up.

    Don't know much about him. He looks to be a Sano type, but with a 50 point higher average and is a switch hitter. We could've done worse (like Sano).

    Not falling for the rage-bait. I will just ask: "Have you seen the young guys"? I see nothing to get excited about, and I have no faith in the people who brought these guys into the organization or work with them on a daily basis. Not angry, just apathetic- that's worse.

    The fact we're still discussing him as a viable option is terribly depressing.

    This is just another example pointing out how much the Falvey regime has failed to develop its own internal talent pipeline. Having to overpay for mediocre free agents isn't a sustainable strategy.

    I forgot one: Who will be the position player you pitch a couple of times a week when we're getting pummeled?

    I don't expect any of these to be asked or answered truthfully: How much is Falvey going to dictate the day to day decision making? What are you going to do differently to get more out of the once-promising young guys? Why should we expect any different results here than you had in Pittsburgh?

    Another injury-riddled, past his prime guy? Fits the Twins perfectly- that's our wheelhouse.

    Was he THE problem? No. Was he part of the problem? Without a doubt. The entire organization is dysfunctional, from the owners on down. I can't think of anybody who didn't contribute to the downfall. Well, maybe I'll give the janitorial staff and field crew a pass.

    I'd be shocked if they went outside the organization. If they do what they should and fire Falvey, the new guy won't be around long anyway. Whoever they bring in is going to be in a thankless situation, so I doubt many talented people outside the organization would want to associate themselves with this dumpster fire. Whoever they pick, I hope they can motivate the young guys and actually display some human emotions.

    Good, but now let's get rid of everybody above him in the food chain as well. There's no one in this entire organization I'd trust to rebuild this team.

    Rocco and Falvey both need to go. They've had plenty of time. It's not working. Let's get a manager in here who has a pulse and can be a motivator.

    This team could use a real fire lit under them instead of the flatlining "leadership" coming from Baldelli.

    The lane they picked should be barrelling toward Baldelli as well.

    Does it have to be only one? I'd like to see them sell-off everybody and anybody they can get a warm body for- a "nuke and pave" approach, if you will. If only one, I'd keep Duran, simply because he's younger.

    Well, this IS the team that thought it would be a good idea to put Royce Lewis in CF and Miguel Sano in RF. This move seems comparable.
