    The way I see it, there's only one question to answer: Why are Black Georgians so against this bill and if all of this is egalitarian, why would they be against it? Because the bill is *not* egalitarian. Instead of listening to a talking head or an elected official with an agenda, consider listening to those who are impacted by this law; and those voices almost unanimously disagree with this bill. Maybe instead of quoting and arguing over news sources, befriend a Black person and believe their story. It may change your life.

    WHATABOUT WHATABOUT I’ve made two comments in this thread. The first was a warning to keep it civil. The second was questioning the quoting of a partisan official. Perhaps instead of refuting something I didn’t say, try providing information that furthers the conversation.

    Perhaps an elected partisan who signed said bill is not a great source from which to pull objective information.

    Okay, I have to step in at this point. We have a no politics rule on this site but when MLB enters the political arena, leeway must be made for it. With that said, STAY CIVIL. AND BACK UP YOUR ASSERTIONS WITH INFORMATION. There will be no safe harbor given for insults and rants loaded with falsehoods so think twice before hitting Reply.

    While it was a pretty embarrassing play for Kepler, no beer league player makes that catch because they're ten feet from the ball when it drops. You're really underrating Kepler's speed and how quickly he was moving to get that ball. It was not an easy play to make because many right fielders don't get there in time. Kepler got there but he dropped the ball and that's on him. He's such a smooth player that while it really hurt to watch the ball drop, it's not something I expect to see often from him.

    Methinks you’re over-dramatizing this by a lot. One of the worst blown saves in the history of the org? No. And going 0-2 is not a big deal on the grand scheme of things. The game sucked. It was an awful watch almost front to back and the 9th/10th were just cherries on top of that crap sundae. But ultimately, it’s one game of 162, just like the rest. Let’s not overreact just because it’s the first game we’ve seen that counts in six months.

    This was an ugly game that was lost by bad defense, something I don’t expect to see often this season. Shrug it off, 161 more to go.

    Morneau can be a bit robotic but he’s a good analyst and a hard worker. I’ll take that over the clownish antics and outdated analysis of a certain previous color guy. Robotic can be fixed. Justin is already much more conversational than he was two years ago.

    Nick's opinion probably has a lot to do with Arraez being 5'10". Even Carew, who played in a time when players were much smaller than today, was still 6'0".

    Heh, the point being you can’t tell which value is on/off at a glance. Lots of broadcasts use charcoal/grey to display no out recorded and fill with a color, which makes much more sense to a user at a glance.
