Who do you think the Twins should add to their staff?

 

Personally, I think we need to go outside the organization and bring in some fresh blood.

Top qualifications for me would be:

Fluency in Spanish (preferably a native speaker)

Able to work with our young hitters, esp the Latin American ones

A fiery personality that can get some real energy going in the clubhouse.

Yeah, I agree. I'd like a Spanish speaking coach to help out Bruno.

If they bring up another coach, and I haven't heard they will, they'll bring in someone from within the organization or someone with serious ties to the Twins. If they wanted fresh blood from outside the organization they'd start with the manager and new coaches almost entirely, if not entirely, across the board.

I thought I read on twitter that they plan to look outside the organization. Maybe I'm just dreaming. Hopefully they bring in a Latin American coach from outside the system who can relate better with Sano and Rosario.
