I know the Marlins need pitching badly as they were bottom 5 in runs allowed last year. With the other 4 teams at the bottom I didn't think we could get a SS from them (Rockies - Tovar, Nationals - Abrams, Angels - Neto & A's - Wilson). Depending on what would need to be added I'd do it. Lopez adds much improved D at both 2B & SS, speed & he was a productive hitter VS RHP. That would help cover SS in 2026 & still offers a lot of flexibility going forward.
