SoCalTwinsfan Verified Member Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I looked at this killer road trip through the AL East and the Twins' struggles on the road and against AL East teams. The Twins are 66-130 against the AL East since 2008. That includes two teams that won the AL Central and another that lost in a one-game play-in game. You can read the rest of Minnesota Twins: Road Trip Could Sink Team to Last Place at Yahoo! Sports. Can the Twins stay ahead of the White Sox? Does it matter?
diehardtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 At this point, it does not matter. Trade off short term pieces and get a higher pick.
Rick Blaine Verified Member Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 The White Sox are doing everything they can to make sure this doesn't happen. They are matching the Twins- loss for loss.
