Neinstein Provisional Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 I'm excited to see what Span, M & M, and Parmelee can do against Hunter!
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Would be nice if our table setters would make Hunter work a bit
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Two ugly swings from Morneau, sandwiched around missing his pitch on 1-1.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Arrieta and now Hunter look like Palmer and McNally thus far
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Liriano in a word... Encouraging.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 The Twins are going to regret no locking up Liriano when they still could have.
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Nice start for Lirano. Nice to see all his pitches early.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 It has too be hard for the Twins brass. Liriano has been so polar over his career.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Revere... That's a ball player. Now send him.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Jeez... I wish I wouldn't have used the word polar!
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Revere... That's a ball player. Now send him.A team's made an offer? Who do we get?
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 The walk is more frusturating.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Jeez... I wish I wouldn't have used the word polar!Used to seem that way all the time with Scott Erickson, too. Lights-out first inning would too often translate into the showers by the fifth. Other games he'd struggle in the early innings then cruise into the eighth or ninth. Go figure.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Since everyone is sure another OFer catches the triple yesterday, I'll posit that Doumit catches that HR ball that just cleared the fence.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 A team's made an offer? Who do we get?lol... Traded for Humber and Mulvey
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Since everyone is sure another OFer catches the triple yesterday, I'll posit that Doumit catches that HR ball that just cleared the fence.Sure he would have. He is taller.

Now will the Twins?
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Liriano battled back. Now will the Twins?Would be nice so see our offense at least show a glimpse of something this weekend.
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Those three extra days of fundamentals sure are paying off
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 I'll hold my 20/20 hindsight for after the game.
dabecka Provisional Member Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 So proud that the offense currently consists of 9 inch grounders and popups in foul ground with RISP.
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 So proud that the offense currently consists of 9 inch grounders and popups in foul ground with RISP.Don't forget a couple strikeouts
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Liriano not getting a lot of help here. Valencia needs to get one out on that ground ball.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Defense! How can you not defense it?
luckylager Verified Member Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Its a game and a half in to the season. Relax a little.
