Particularly when you consider they have to solve a stadium issue which has dragged on for 8-10 years without resolution,

My guess is the present TB ownership probably doesn't have $425 mil of debt they are trying to get the new owner to assume in the sale.

Wife and I went and saw TC in TB the year before their roof blew away.  That stadium was 10 times better then that dump in Houston.
