I mentioned that Vasquez was last. Next worst is actually Julien

And yet, Julien has infinitely more SB than our fastest guy.

This could possibly be the worst team in modern ML history. The CWS.

I think we might need to hold off on that kind of call…. Twins are not that far ahead of them just yet

Among all the disappointments so far this dreary season, the player I'm most disappointed in so far is Julien. He looked like such a dangerous hitter last season.

I think you said, or some one said; the pitchers have adjusted to his style faster than he has altered his style.

Miranda pretty slow getting to first on that DP.  I checked his sprint speed on Baseball Savant, but apparently he doesn't have enough attempts on the season to register. Vazquez ranks as the slowest Twin (24.5 ft/sec). Any guesses as who is the second slowest?

Vazquez's shadow?

Wow... the CWS are one baaaaaaaad baseball team.

Good thing they evened out the schedules because the East would go bonkers if we got to play them more.

Schedules are still ‘unbalanced’. ALC gets 13 games against them…ALE, ALW get 6 or 7.

Just not AS unbalanced as before.

Oh my..... good for us... but I wouldn't blame the ALE/ALW if they submitted an official protest to the MLB if the ALC pulls any of the wild card slots :)

Yes and no.

Those teams don’t want to give up revenue from hosting the Yankees…and the media outlets don’t want fewer Yankees/Red Sox games (for instance)

Golf team in Oregon. Assistant coach .We won without our best player, who's one of the three best in the state, give or take. Next week determines if we go to state, it need to go to regionals. I'd guess we're one of the five best teams in the state, but one the others in our league is also.

Not a good look for MLB IMHO, that you can have a lineup like the White Sox and a lineup like the Dodgers in the same league.

The gap between best and worst keeps growing.

The Sox have been awful at their jobs, and have lots of injuries. It isn't, imo, an MLB issue like the A's....

A's are 9-14

I think the Sox are tanking the year. Robert and Jimenez are young enough to make it “work” if that’s the word to use…but if everyone is healthy, they’re still bad…but yes, not as embarrassingly bad.
