FA Vets: worth a roster spot?

We done got lots of new fellers coming up soon. And some young fellers who are already intricate pieces of our puzzle. Are any of these vets worth signing to 1 or 2 year deals for mentorship and part-time roles? The FA market appears to be pretty expensive...we'd probably have to pick and choose very carefully. A front of the rotation pitcher looks unlikely. 

1B: Votto

3B: Turner (obviously will cost a little more)

OF: Pillar/Duval

SP: Cueto/Ryu

RP: Matt Moore/Ottavino/Stanek

Anyone of these guys grab your attention? Anyone else that we might be able to get on the cheap?

Money, money, money.

Matt Moore would be guy of interest from your list. Rhys Hoskins would be a nice addition, but $$$.

I think Paxton could be a good value starting pitcher. Duvall could be useful. The Twins are waiting out the market until the large market teams have had their pick and will sort through whoever is leftover.
