RpR Verified Member Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 I read an article yesterday in Speed Sport that NASCAR are working on getting back to LeMans, they want to make the impact that they did when in 1978 they sent two cars (a Ford and a Dodge); a joke as the car now represents nothing . One of the drivers that went back then, said they were swamped with fans at the track, but those were cars that at least resembled a production car.

Well, that's actually not my worry, but there is that, too. We already have huge problems with people 'drag racing' on streets in the late hours ... I hope this doesn't promote more of that.
