Broadcast currently has Mike Ratcliffe in the booth and he just mentioned that they thought they had an agreement in place to sign Juan Soto when he first came to the US. ?

He was talking about leading up to the signing period and didn't elaborate on why it didn't happen.

The ones that get away. Sppn will be posting an updated list of "ex-Twins" once the season begins, and I'm including names of ALL the guys I found that were drafted by the Twins, went unsigned, and now play for anotehr team in the majors of minors. Always regret the ones that "got away."
