Miley hasn't had an xFIP below 4.00 since 2014 and his career ERA and xFIP are right in line with each other. Though,that may actually be the best starter on the roster right now, haha.

Meh. Limited control, gives up a lot of hits. $1.2M salary. The K rate has always been much lower in MLB than the minors. I just don't see the need for Cotton, at all.
