It almost looks like someone Photoshopped Mauer's face onto a kid's body. He's aging very slowly.

In 2001, he should have been 19. I don't think I was that young when I was that young.

(I know that made no sense; I'm just saying he looks ridiculously young and I have no perspective.)

It's probably legit. They were both a part of the Metro East Lions All star team in 2001.
