Pardon My Dinger Verified Member Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Baseball is coming back to ESPN. Tonight. Come tomorrow, there will be Twins baseball. Live and on the air. Since we are all, by some transitive property, defaulted, if not destined to cherish and embrace the LG Twins as our own, let’s get out there and get that Korean Series Championship!

Pardon My Dinger Verified Member Posted May 5, 2020 Author Posted May 5, 2020 KBO team merch is surprisingly hard to find. If anyone can help me find some gear to buy, it would be appreciated. I have a budget of $1200.

biggentleben Verified Member Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Julio Franco as the hitting coach. Man...he looks like he could still play. Probably still says 40-something on his age.
biggentleben Verified Member Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Mel Rojas, Jr. was destined to be a Quad-A type but instead chose to go to Korea, where he's been a very productive player. He's the first player who ever reached out to me to talk about a scouting report that I wrote on him, and he still reaches out now and then to mention guys coming from Korea that will be of interest. He's with the KT Wiz.
Pardon My Dinger Verified Member Posted May 5, 2020 Author Posted May 5, 2020 Hyun-Soo Kim has a big night yester...night...today, earlier today I think. 3 ribbies for that man. Looking forward to some more of that to...night?
scottz Verified Member Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Just a year ago, I was in Korea and took in a ballgame. Such a blast. You can read about it here.
Pardon My Dinger Verified Member Posted May 5, 2020 Author Posted May 5, 2020 All right! Scottz is in! Did we win yet!
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted May 6, 2020 Posted May 6, 2020 Winner, winner, looks like it's Korean Fried Chicken for dinner!

Pardon My Dinger Verified Member Posted May 6, 2020 Author Posted May 6, 2020 A humbling first start for 36-year old Song Eun-Beum who got devoured by bears while you were sleeping last night. 1-1. I have not lost hope. I have also not sabotaged myself into watching a game that starts at 1AM PDT.
Pardon My Dinger Verified Member Posted May 14, 2020 Author Posted May 14, 2020 Update: I have not watched one single pitch. It is too hard. I still support the LG Twins with everything I’ve got, but GD, it is hard to watch these games when you live in the west coast.
biggentleben Verified Member Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 If you have ESPN+, watch the replays. My kids get a kick out of the fake fans behind the plate and the cheer teams.
Tom Froemming Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 1, 2020 Posted July 1, 2020 Pretty epic walk-off win this morning/last night.

Tom Froemming Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 5, 2020 Posted July 5, 2020 The LG Twins won 7-3 last night in a big game against the Samsung Lions. Former Oriole Kim Hyun-soo hit a grand slam and Jung Chan-heon had another quality start.
Tom Froemming Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 8, 2020 Posted July 8, 2020 The Twins won 8-5 this morning thanks to a pair of homers by Kim Hyun-soo. This one was a mammoth blast!
