Why is Luis Arraez so low in the order?

Luis Arraez seems to not look at all like a rookie at all at the plate. He has such a great idea of the strike zone and seems to be able to hit the ball where he wants to. You would think he would be a great lead off or #2 hitter.

I agree, he has a great eye at the plate and has the highest OBP on the team. He could definitely hit higher in the line up. However, the Twins have such a deep line up, it almost doesn't seem to matter what the batting order is. When everyone is healthy, the entire line up is pretty solid.

They have a deep lineup with lots of power, but since Arraez hasn't shown lots of power or speed  yet you either want him in position to be on base for power hitters to drive in or hitting where a single will knock in runners in scoring position. I think where they usually hit him in the middle that it kind of takes advantage of both scenarios.

Like lead off. Particularly with Cruz out, Kepler is one of the biggest power threats.
