Getting kind of over the whole Willians Astudillo experiment. The guy needs to start taking some pitches and getting on base. I get he's a fan favorite, but man is his absolute non-production in his past three weeks of playing is getting old, quick.

I get what you're saying. But he was on the IL from 4/28-5/11. He couldn't be productive those days.

I have never seen this many hits through the infield in one series. No matter where the infielders are playing, the Angels hit them where they aren't. Absolutely insane.

By reading the game thread and not knowing the score you would think this is a lot closer game than it  actually is

Apparently the Twins both got out of the prior inning, and somehow had time to swing the bat at least three times in the time it took to write the aforementioned malarkey.  The Astudillo Effect really has a detrimental affect on the amount of witty banter I will be able to provide in a timely fashion on these threads.

It is a little surreal. The Angels aren’t even hitting the ball hard most of the time, nor are they even getting it off the ground.

Yeah, but I kinda get it in this case. It feels like every inning, the Angels are one swing away from making it a one run game.
